I think you might be referring to the reconstruction produced by the
Jeoffry Ballet. (pardon my spelling, of his name). It was shown on
Great Performances on PBS here in the USA. I think if you google the
Jeoffry Ballet you might be able to get a hold of the dvd. You also
could check the PBS site for it.
