Work on developing strength throughout the entire range of motion.
For example, a grande plie uses a greater range of motion than a
demi-plie. Prolonged static stretching will make you weaker by
inhibiting the nervous system, but this is a tem****ary effect and
wears off in a few minutes. If you're interested in strength and
