Sounds like some sort of anti-capitalism viewpoint.
It is true that established business models often fail.
However the success rate of new businesses and "scientific"
centrally planned economic ideas is even worse on average.
But in a free market, instead of just complaining about the
"steering", you can gamble/invest in your own business
models, if you really think your ideas are better.
