An engineer would build prototypes, test for statistically
significance of the comparative results over the full range
of realistic production tolerances, and demonstrate tested
and proven solutions.  In Silicon Valley, an engineer might
even start a new company to productize their ideas, instead
of just hoping to influence big-corp as a consultant.

It's more likely the opposite.  West Coast Hustle DJ's have
typically played faster BPM mixes than back East.  One high
profile NY Hustle instructor actually insulted one of our
California DJ's for playing the music too fast in her
opinion.

And I've danced Hustle with Trish to music faster than
120 BPM.  I'm sure that she can put together a great dance
at any tempo.
